Shipping & Returns
What is your returns & exchanges policy?
We hope you love what you ordered. In the event that you don’t— maybe the fit is not entirely right or the color not what you expected— we’re happy to offer you a replacement color, size, or issue a refund on the product within 15 days of the date your order was shipped. Simply fill out our return request here and for your convenience, we will send you a prepaid label to ship the item back to us. A flat $12 will be deducted from your credit for the return package. Postage and handling charges are not refundable on return.
Do you ship internationally?
Outside the US, we currently ship to Canada via United States Postal Service. Unfortunately, we cannot offer returns and exchanges to Canadian customers. We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your support.
What are your payment options?
We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Items are charged to your credit card when they ship. If an item is on backorder, you will not be charged until the backordered item ships. Payments are secured by Authorize.net
Will I be charged sales tax?
We are required to charge sales taxes on any items where the billing address is in the State of California.
How can I track my order?
If you have an account with us, all orders placed under your account can be accessed under Order History. Click on Order History to view past orders and order status.
How long does it take my order to ship?
Orders ship within 1 business day of being placed. We don’t ship on weekends and government holidays.

How do I know what size to order?
We provide sizing information on each product page. If you still have questions, feel free to contact us.
What happens if I backorder and item?
Backordered items are currently out of stock but will be coming back soon. If you purchase an item on backorder, we will not charge you until the item is shipped. We try our best to estimate when the item will be back in stock, but please understand they are estimations.
What if the item I want is sold out?
Unfortunately, items listed as sold out will not be back in stock soon. If you enter your email address, though, we will let you know as soon as it comes back in stock!
