Refund policy

We hope you love what you ordered. In the event that you don't, maybe the fit is not entirely right or the color not what you expected, we're happy to offer you a replacement color, size, or issue a refund.

Return window: unopened items may be returned within 15 days of the date your order was shipped.

Condition: items must be unopened and in their original packaging.

Return shipping: $12, deducted from your refund. We email you a prepaid return label, so there is nothing to pay the carrier.

Final sale: clearance items, and anything discounted more than 50%, are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items: these are handled separately. Email us with your order number and a photo and we will replace or refund it. We cover return shipping in these cases and the $12 does not apply.

How to start a return: email custserv@shopninespace.com with your order number and the items you would like to return. We will confirm eligibility and send you a prepaid return label.

Refunds: once we receive and inspect your return, your refund is issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5 to 7 business days for it to appear in your account. Original shipping charges are not refundable.
